Our Senior Project Managers not only have extensive construction backgrounds, but are PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute. Aarene Contracting has continually completed restaurants projects both on time and within budget. Completed 
projects have ranged from as far away as Joplin, Missouri to Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Outback Steakhouse
Our owner, Gary Mills, has had the pleasure of managing one of Outback’s more interesting projects. “Outback in the Outfield” located at the Pittsburgh Pirates new stadium is a 16,000 square foot restaurant overlooking left field. This project ran concurrently with the construction of the stadium, so you can imagine the obstacles that had to be overcome in order to complete it on time.
Smokey Bones Restaurant
With the Darden Group, our owner, Gary Mills also managed the construction of a Smokey Bones Restaurant in the Louisville, KY market. Smokey Bones Restaurant’s have a distinct resemblance to an Adirondack Lodge with heavy exposed timbers, raised hearth fire places and a large smoke room in the kitchen area.
Maryland House Starbucks
Most recently, with HMS Host International, Aarene Contracting renovated a Starbucks Coffee and a Bob’s Big Boy at the Maryland House Rest Stop outside of Baltimore Maryland. This project required a detailed plan that would ensure the safety of the more than 20,000 visitors daily.
